Service Description
Reset at the end of the week through breath-led mindful yoga movement. Sessions are tailored to leave you feeling balanced, clearer headed, more open and refreshed. Develop flexibility from inside out through conscious use of the breath. Cultivate strength and calm for the long term.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that price plans expire at the end of each half term. They are not cancellable nor refundable, except in exceptional circumstances. Class spaces are limited. So be sure to book the session dates you wish to attend as soon as you have purchased your plan. It’s not possible to mix and match plans between classes, so if you have booked Women's Yoga Plan you can only book a Women's Yoga class. However, if you are a regular attendee and wish come to an alternative or additional class please contact me direct. If you are going to miss a pre-paid for session please let me know as soon as possible. If you do, you are welcome to attend an alternative class in lieu of this (during that session block, if there is space). Please liaise with me direct to arrange. Gifting – I love sharing yoga! If you are a regular class attendee you may occasionally receive a free resource or recorded practice for home use from me.
