Focus on yourself in these carefully crafted yoga classes which provide both rest and rejuvenation. These breath-led classes are a way to improve pelvic floor tone, cultivate calm and develop resilience. Come away feeling balanced, refreshed and more resilient.

When booking a single or drop in session, please ensure you BOOK THE ACTUAL SESSION DATES you wish to attend as soon as you have purchased so as to secure your space. There are notes on how to do this on the booking page. Please complete the Health Questionnaire prior to attending your first yoga class with Faith. If you undergo any health changes/issues please inform Faith and re-submit this form. Thank you. Class spaces are limited. Sessions are not cancellable nor refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.
