Service Description
Develop balance through these breath-led yoga sessions. We'll work with postures that help develop physical balance and explore key ideas in yoga that shed light on our energy levels and how to keep ourselves feeling balanced (both on and off the mat).

Cancellation Policy
When booking a single or drop in session, please ensure you BOOK THE ACTUAL SESSION DATES you wish to attend as soon as you have purchased so as to secure your space. There are notes on how to do this on the booking page. Please complete the Health Questionnaire prior to attending your first yoga class with Faith. If you undergo any health changes/issues please inform Faith and re-submit this form. Thank you. Class spaces are limited. Sessions are not cancellable nor refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.
