Chair Yoga
Breath centred authentic yoga with the added benefit of a chair.

​​All abilities are welcome. Classes are designed so that you can stay seated throughout or include standing postures if that feels right for you — ideal if getting down to the floor (and back up again) is difficult.
My approach is rooted in the Viniyoga tradition — a gentle, meditative style that supports the brain, body and nervous system.
