What Mamas' say about the class
Birthing was an absolutely incredible experience in water. Extremely healing following my first birth. Thank you Faith for helping me with the prep. I will certainly be recommending your classes.
Faith's approach to yoga in pregnancy is really inspiring. She has a wealth of knowledge and teaches in a very calm and clear way. Classes are always professional and interactive.
I recommend!
I just wanted to say a big thank you to you - I have really enjoyed the yoga sessions and I felt like I had a lot of help from it whilst in labour, especially with the breathing and focusing
My partner was surprised I managed to stay calm and focused through labour and it had a lot to do with me using the breathing and other techniques from your yoga sessions.
Faith’s approach to pelvic floor health was great and has encouraged me to do exercises correctly.
