In yoga, autumn is associated with Vata — a quality that feels light, changeable, and unsteady. At this time of year, we may notice ourselves becoming more scattered, restless, or depleted. This day has been thoughtfully curated to offer space to regather, ground, and steady yourself, so you can move into the season feeling nourished and ready for all that autumn brings.

Our gentle yet deep yoga sessions will weave together steadying breathwork, simple mantra, and soft sound to anchor the body and calm the mind. The Viniyoga approach brings a sense of security and openness, supporting you through this time of transition with practices that are accessible, grounding, and quietly transformative.

You’ll also experience an immersive Sound Bath Meditation with experienced facilitator Helen Phillips. With Hand Pans, Hand Drums, Gongs, Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, and Native Flute, this sound journey offers a gentle yet meaningful space to settle, release, and connect more deeply with yourself.

You’ll leave feeling more attuned to your whole self, rooted in the rhythm of the season, and with a deeper appreciation of how sound and yoga can support your wellbeing.
