Faith Matthews
Faith is known for her informed and supportive approach to yoga – facilitating authentic Viniyoga sessions underpinned with philosophy relevant to today, delivered with a light touch. Faith is mentored by renowned Viniyoga practitioners, Dave Charlton and Ranju Roy of Sadhana Mala. She has studied and practised with the power of sound and senses in yoga under tuition from leading teachers, such as Mekhala Desikachar, daughter of T. K. V. Desikachar and granddaughter of the legendary T. Krishnamacharya, as well as R Sriram – long-term student of Desikachar). She loves passing on the learning she has absorbed from this lineage to her students and, with a professional background in ethnomusicology and a previous career in broadcasting, all things audio and visual fuel her passion for this area of yoga: pratyahara, or ‘working with the senses’

Helen Phillips
Helen is known for her immersive sound experiences throughout Devon and beyond. Sometimes called Sound Bath Meditations or Sound Healings, Helen will work from the heart - intuitively interweaving Hand Pans, Hand Drums, Gongs, Tibetan & Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes and Native Flute into a bespoke immersive experience. Time takes on a strange quality in this soothing and transportive experience – drop in to a form of relaxation like no other.
