Service Description
Rejuvenate mid-week with this meditative breath-led approach to yoga. Explore standing, lying and some chair-based postures (asana). I provide modifications enabling you to personalise your experience and respond to your goals. Come back to yourself through pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation. These sessions require a minimum number of attendees in order to run. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

When booking one or two sessions, please ensure you BOOK THE SPECIFIC SESSION DATES you wish to attend as soon as you have purchased, so as to secure your space. There are notes on how to do this on the booking page. Please complete the Health Questionnaire prior to attending your first class with Faith. If you undergo any health changes/issues please inform Faith and re-submit this form. Thank you. Class spaces are limited. Sessions are not cancellable nor refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.
