Service Description
Rejuvenate mid-week with this meditative breath-led approach to yoga. Explore standing, lying and some chair-based postures (asana). I provide modifications enabling you to personalise your experience and respond to your goals. Come back to yourself through pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation. These sessions require a minimum number of attendees in order to run. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Please note class spaces are limited. If you are booking a personal pass or drop in please ensure you BOOK THE ACTUAL SESSION DATES you wish to attend as soon as you have purchased so as to secure your space. There are notes on how to do this on the booking page. Please note this package expires at the end of this half term block of weekly sessions. If you miss a pre paid for session please contact Faith directly if you'd like to attend an alternative weekly class in lieu which she will facilitate if there is space to do so. Sessions are not cancellable nor refundable, except in exceptional circumstances. Weekly sessions are not interchangeable or exchangeable with monthly sessions or seperate workshops/events. Please ensure you complete the Health Questionnaire asap, prior to attending your first yoga class with Faith. If you undergo any health changes/issues please inform Faith and re-submit this form.
