Service Description
Cultivate the breath for mindful movement, reconnect with yourself and reset for the week ahead in this open yoga class. Develop long lasting flexibility and strength with this authentic approach to yoga for modern day living. These supportive sessions always include asana (postures, modified to suit individual needs as necessary), pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation. These sessions require a minimum number of attendees in order to run. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Please note session spaces are limited. If you are booking drop in please ensure you book in to the actual session DATE you wish to attend as soon as you have purchased. There are notes on how to do this on the booking page. Please note this package expires at the end of this season of monthly sessions mid June. These monthly sessions are not cancellable nor refundable, except in exceptional circumstances. Nor are they interchangeable or exchangeable with weekly session plans. Please ensure you complete the Health Questionnaire asap after booking and prior to attending your first yoga class with Faith. These sessions will take place in South Brent - Faith will confirm the exact location in the run up to each monthly session.
